Why should you hire a birth doula?
While many confuse doula with midwife, they actually have very different functions and training. A midwife has medical training and focuses on delivering a healthy baby. A doula provides physical and emotional continuous support for the mother during labor and offers health benefits for their babies. There is less medical intervention, fewer complications and shorter hospital stays which could amount to financial savings as well. Becoming a doula was life-changing for me and where I discovered my true purpose in this lifetime.

Prenatal massage/meet and greet.

Full support during labor. I will arrive with you at hospital or be at your home with an allotted time discussed with regards to your birth plan.\
